Thank you for considering Labebe Prime for your special occasion. From milestone birthdays and anniversaries to showers, corporate dinners, and intimate celebrations, we look forward to creating a memorable experience for you and your guests.
Private Dining Room
Private events are available exclusively on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
Our private dining room accommodates a minimum of 25 guests and a maximum of 40 guests. A $200 non-refundable private room fee applies and includes exclusive use of the room, setup and breakdown, and our standard ivory tablecloths and napkins.
Our prix fixe menus can be customized to complement your event and preferences. Pricing may vary based on substitutions, additions, and upgrades.
Parties of Fewer Than 25 Guests
For groups that do not meet the 25-guest minimum for private dining, we may accommodate your party in our main dining room on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
Parties of up to 12 guests may order from our regular dinner menu. Groups of more than 12 guests are required to select one of our prix fixe dining options.
Friday & Saturday Reservations
On Fridays and Saturdays, we can accommodate parties of up to 12 guests in our main dining room. These reservations are not private events, and guests may order from our regular dinner menu.
Decorations
We welcome tasteful decorations to personalize your celebration. However, confetti, confetti-filled balloons, and glitter are not permitted, and nothing may be attached to walls or ceiling tiles.
All decorations brought into the restaurant must be removed at the conclusion of your event.
Outside Cakes & Desserts
You are welcome to bring an outside cake or dessert. A $4 per person plating fee applies.
The plating fee is waived for desserts ordered through Pierre’s Bakery in South Brunswick. When ordering, please let the bakery know your dessert is for an event at Labebe Prime. Send an email to contact@pierresnj.com.
Final Guest Count & Billing
Your final guaranteed guest count is required one week prior to your event. Billing will be based on the guaranteed guest count, plus any additional guests served during the event.
A credit card is required to remain on file for all events.
Cancellation Policy
The $200 private room fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made within one month of the event date are subject to an additional $500 cancellation fee.
